I am very happy to be here again to introduce a project we recently received – the Waste Oil Recycling project. Seriously, we were shocked when we received our customer’s valve list. The product demand is very large, and the requirements are very high. Adhering to the concept of customer first, our sales team patiently sorted out the list and sent it to the engineering department for review. At the same time, we communicated with the customer that the delivery time of the project was urgent, and the customer was an engineer. Here we are also very grateful for the patience of the customer, who explained a lot about the project for us, let us know more about the project, and this helped us provide more suitable valves.

By combining the requirements of the valve list and the actual needs of the project, we can save costs for customers by changing the valve body material and provide more cost-effective and flexible valve solutions.

The following is an introduction to the valves that can be used in Waste Oil Recycling, hoping to help understand and choose the right valve.

Ball Valve

The ball valve is a valve suitable for circulation, blocking, adjustment and changing the flow direction of the medium. We can provide 2-way ball valve and 3-way ball valve for your choice. We learned that the medium temperature will be high since the medium is hot oil. So we chose PPL seals, which can withstand high temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius.

Depending on the connection method, we can provide flanged ball valves or threaded ball valves to meet your pipeline connection needs.

Furthermore, we can provide manual ball valve, electric ball valve or pneumatic ball valve to you, and help you control the valve locally or remotely.

Pneumatic Control Valve

Pneumatic regulating valve is a good industrial valve for regulating flow. The positioner receives the signal from the control system to realize the flow regulation of the pipeline. The characteristics of the pneumatic control valve are simple control, fast response, and safety, and no additional explosion-proof measures are required.
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.
